Welcome to October!!

Hi everyone, hope you are enjoying the school holidays and welcome to October 2016! We have a few changes to our menu’s and hope to see you soon at Binalong Bay to enjoy a meal or just come in for a coffee to Moresco Restaurant.
You might be lucky enough to see a Whale or two as they are heading South.

Hi to everyone, we would just like to let you know now that now we have left Winter and enjoying early Spring we are
extending our opening hours to 7 days. Monday and Tuesday each week we will open from 9:00 a.m. for Breakfast and Lunch, the rest of the week we will open for Dinner as well. Please note it is still advisable to call to make a reservation for Dinner on 6376 8131.

5 Course Degustation Evening 27th August

Just a thank you to Bay of Fires Cheeses and Priory Ridge Winery for a really successful Degustation 5 Course Dinner which we held on the Saturday  27th August.

Stefan created 5 delicious courses which totally complemented the Bay of Fires Cheeses which were used in each course and the paired wines from Priory Ridge worked to perfection. We were lucky enough to be able to use the latest 2 new wines from Priory Ridge Winery 2015 Pinot Gris and 2015 Chardonnay, and of course the well proven 2013 Sauvignon Blanc and 2013 Pinot Noir.

Our patrons for the evening were very complementary and we thank them for their support of the evening.

Welcome to Spring at Moresco Restaurant

Hi to everyone and welcome to Spring,  a big thankyou for helping us get through the Winter this year.

With the change of Season our 3 Course Winter Special Menu has now finished.

Hopefully we will see you at the Restaurant for a meal or a coffee.

Look out for Seasonal changes to our menu’s.


3 Course Winter Menu for 24th, 25th and 26th August

This coming week on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings we offer the following 3 course menu as an extra to our regular menu:

  • Caulifower Cheese Soup
  • Beef Lasagna with Salad
  • Vanilla Polenta with Hot Raspberrys

Our 3 Course Special Winter Dinner Menu for this coming Wednesday, Thursday and Friday is as follows:

  • Winter Vegetable Soup
  • Seafood Pappardelle with Basil Pesto
  • Coffee Panna Cotta

3 Course Winter Dinner Special for 10th, 11th and 12th August

This weeks 3 Course Dinner Special for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings is:

  • Persian Fetta Ravioli with Burnt Butter
  • Chicken Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Oil and Spinach Leaf Salad
  • Spanish Style Chorros with Chocolate Sauce and a Shot of Espresso

3 Course Winter Dinner Special 3rd to 5th August

This week’s 3 course winter dinner special is available for $40 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:

  • Sticky Pork Belly Marinated in Eureka Farm Worcestershire Sauce
  • Beef Goulash with Spatzle and Winter Vegestables
  • Sticky Date Pudding with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream

Our regular menu is still available if preferred.


Our weekly 3 course dinner special

Each week we offer a 3 Course Dinner every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening, this weeks (July27-29)  choice is:

  • Potato and Leek Soup
  • Chicken Pie with South Cape Brie, Vegetables and Cranberry Sauce
  • Warm Sticky Date Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce and Ice Cream

Cost for this offer is $40 per person.

Please note we do still offer our regular menu.
