Moresco Restaurant has a new Lunch menu:
We have a new Lunch menu which we would love you to come and try. We are not far from Spring so Matt and Stu decided it was time to launch some new meals for you to enjoy. You will still find some of the favourite dishes which include Bass Strait Calamari salt and pepper crusted with mixed salad and spiced tomato relish and the 300g Cape Grim Beef Sirloin now with Anchor Farm potato gratin, parsnip puree and Dijon mustard butter, there now is a Risotto of the Day served with Huon Valley Swiss Brown mushrooms and shaved parmesan or mouth watering Macquarie Harbour Ocean Trout cooked at 39 degrees and served with purple bliss potatoes, chevre, sugar snaps, crispy skin and lemon gel!
A new dessert has been added too its a delicious Panna Cotta made with Cradle Mountain leatherwood honey and Milton Iced Riesling jelly, chocolate soil and raspberry gel.
No matter what you order we are sure your will be very satisfied, how could you not be with the outlook over the iconic Bay of Fires perhaps a special glass of local wine and the winter sunshine to add to the whole experience.
